On a hillock, there is a high-rise sanctuary that offers stunning valley views to guests. The temple's grounds are very large. It completely encircles the hillock's summit. Raja Jagat Singh constructed the shrine in the 17th century. It combines Himachali and conical architectural styles.

As restitution for all the sins he has done throughout his life, Raja Jagat Singh constructed this temple. According to legend, Lord Rama is said to have used the Raghunath idol in this sanctuary during the Ashwemedha Yaga. The deity has been installed here after being transported from Ayodhya.
