In addition to being encircled by hilly terrain, the town of Sirohi contains a number of forts and temples, making it resemblant of a typical Rajasthani town. The town is dominated by its many temples, the most well-known of which are the Jiraval Temple, the Karodi Dhwaj Temple, the Madhusudan, Mungthala, and Patranarayan Temple, the Mirpur Temple, the Pavapuri Temple, the Sarneshwar Temple, and the Vasant Garh Temple. The city itself is a clear example of how people used to live in traditional Rajasthan, and even a short stroll through the streets can do wonders for your mental and spiritual well-being.
The majority of the time, the climate in Sirohi can be described as dry or semi-arid. In spite of the fact that Sirohi is situated at a higher elevation than most of the surrounding mountains, the summers there can be extremely oppressive, with temperatures regularly exceeding 40 degrees Celsius. The months of January through April and July through December are ideal times to visit the city, with the latter period being the more practical option due to the relatively pleasant temperature variations.
